Specialist, Sales & Distribution - Pension Risk Transfer (PRT)

The ideal candidate has a passion for process improvement and problem solving using proven methods and can lead efforts to refine business processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
The following are responsibilities of this role that are specific to PRT:
Request for Proposal management:
Receive, file, analyze and process incoming RFP’s
Partner with Consultant on prospective bids
Active deal management, specifically internal and external deliverables
Create, review and finalize bid documents, while maintaining all templates
Maintain internal team reports
PRT market data and trend analysis, focusing on industry awareness using various sources such as LIMRA, white papers, market pipelines and related seminars
Organizing and managing internal communication via Outlook and Teams
Applications utilized, but not limited to:
Outlook, Microsoft 365, PowerBI, AWD, DocuSign, various government websites
This is a fully remote position that is eligible to work from anywhere in the United States.
This is an F3 band role.

You will also work closely with internal and external partners across multiple areas including Finance, Treasury, Technology, Compliance, and Third-Party Administrators.

Responsible for validating TPA escheatment reporting and review weekly death report and approving or seeking appropriate authorization to write-off overpayments.
Manages periodic correspondence review and obtain appropriate reviews and approvals.
