About the Job

  • Maintain and improve POS and IT policies, including: PCI Compliance, Gift Cards, Tax Exempt, Discounts, etc.
  • Create SOPs, Job Aids and Guides for all POS/MPOS and IT processes within a store, including POS User Guide, returns and exchanges, PCI Compliance etc.
  • Develop POS roadmap in partnership with Global DTC, IT and field teams to enable additional capabilities and unlock additional benefits.
  • Own overall hardware strategy for US & CAN stores including fixed POS, mobile devices, payment devices and RFID readers.
  • Act as a liaison with field leaders and product and IT teams to identify and prioritize enhancements to existing technology that will drive commercial results, create efficiencies and enhance the consumer experience.
  • Conduct UAT for all technology releases and changes, ensuring changes satisfy business requirements.
  • Support in the creation of training activities and materials for any operational area of responsibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive efficiency and accuracy in our pricing and promotional processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (minimum five years of combined college education and work experience may be substituted for a degree)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the retail/store operations field
  • Preferred additional experience in store operations and project management
  • Experience working with a diverse group of team members cross functionally and making essential decisions
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to individuals/groups at all levels with the organization
  • Specialized knowledge of retail processes & inventory tools and systems
  • The vision and desire to lead a complex program across a diverse fleet of stores
  • Strong analytical skills & advanced Excel skills for generating reports and running analysis
  • Ability to dive deep into issues to identify root causes and develop solutions
  • Creative, flexible and innovative team player; ability to work effectively in an environment with constantly changing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to understand and respond to a diverse population
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of accounting practices and the ability to create and manage budgets
