Specialist-Inside Sales West

Reporting to the Inside Sales Lead, this role is responsible for managing all customer interactions within their designated territory. Acting as the main point of contact for sales initiatives, training, order processing, product expertise, and logistical assistance, this position plays a crucial role in fostering customer relationships and achieving sales objectives. This entails driving growth at both the account and territory levels to meet essential sales targets. The role involves extensive engagement with customers and internal support teams. Collaborating across departments within Beko, the Inside Sales Representative addresses customer concerns and takes proactive steps to cultivate brand loyalty among customers. Responsibilities of this role include:
Candidates Must Be Located in The PST Timezone
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers in assigned territory
- Manage territory effectively to achieve sales objectives
- Understand and utilize appliance offerings in sales strategy
- Ability to translate appliance opportunities into kitchen package sales
- Inform customers about NPIs, consumer promotions, volume rebates, and other company initiatives to drive brand recognition and achieve account growth
- Process customer orders and confirm shipments with logistics
- Issue customer credits and process customer returns and replacement orders
- Update Salesforce for new and existing customers
- Work cross functionally with Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, Finance, Service and Customer Service teams to resolve any issues with inventory availability, shipment, service, credits, etc.
- Adapt to changes as we grow as a company
- Travel to Buying Group shows and sales meetings as needed
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Exceptional customer service skills for internal and external customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Able to work independently, and within a team environment
- Able to prioritize and manage workflow
- Adaptable and driven to collaborate with customers in order to expand account growth
- Motivated to achieve sales targets
Compensation Range: $60,000.00-$70,000.00
Position Eligible for Quarterly Sales Performance Bonus
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of inside or field sales experience
- Sales experience in major domestic appliances preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of SAP or CRM systems
