The annual base salary for this position ranges from $62,200.00 in our lowest geographic market to $139,200.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.Information about benefits can be found here.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Working in North America Content Operations, you will be in a fast-paced environment. Pivots are the norm here and we adapt to the needs of our partners and business. You will report to the Content Operations Manager, who oversees all things Audiences and Airtable for our team. The Audience team is a group of incredibly hard-working individuals that strive to ensure a strong partnership with our Targeted Comms partners. You will also partner with our NA Digital Marketing and Global Audience partners, as well as the NA Content Operations Production Team.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone that is quick on their feet and can strive under pressure. There will be curveballs to the processes, and we need someone that can logically problem solve. You will need to be an AEP SME so knowing the adobe logic will be a priority for this role. Working with support and tech engineers will require a clear communication style to showcase what the problem is and what the expected outcome should be.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training
- Dedication to respect, inclusivity, and valuing different perspectives.
- A passion for Nike and the comms that go out to our consumers is vital.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Being an Adobe SME and one of the main Audience POC for partners in NA Digital, Marketing and Global Owned Comms.
- Creating complex audience logics in AEP to fulfil Email and Nike App targeted comms.
- Being the first line of defence for incident/triage tickets related to our audiences in North America.
- Assisting in improving audience processes while also holding partners accountable for standardized briefing and audience SLAs.
- Attending and participate in all required meetings (North America and Global Owned).
