We’re looking for a Sourcing Lead to drive our original design manufacturer (ODM) and joint design manufacturer (JDM) projects. You’ll find and develop partners, manage supplier relationships, optimize sourcing strategies, and ensure the successful execution of product development and procurement initiatives.
In this role, you’ll also:
- Be part of a team. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, including product development engineering, and quality assurance, to streamline supplier engagement and product launch processes.
- Ensure compliance. You’ll make sure we’re in line with ethical sourcing policies, regulatory requirements and sustainability initiatives.
- Monitor the market. You’ll keep an eye on trends, supplier capabilities and industry developments to drive continuous improvement in sourcing strategies.
- Travel. You’ll visit supplier facilities for selection/procurement inspections, production inspections, commercial negotiations and product exploration.
Our priority is to hire someone for this role who lives near our headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska, but we're also open to remote candidates in or around Boston, Massachusetts.

- Education. You have a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience. You have 7+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement or supply chain management, with a strong focus on ODM and JDM partnerships.

- Champion work-life harmony. We’ll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time, company-wide holidays and timeout (meeting-free) days, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too.
- Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you’ll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas.

- Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you’re at the office or working remotely, we’ll provide you the tech stack and hardware to do your best work.
- Support your mental and physical health. We care about our employees’ wellbeing. Our Employee Assistance Program, employee resource groups and fitness partner Peerfit have you covered.
