The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Source to Contract Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Designing and implementing operational processes in the Source to Contract (S2C) space.
- Developing technical requirements for systems and applications that support Global Procurement processes, with a focus on S2C.
- Proven experience in developing and documenting process maps, procedures, stakeholder guidance and training.
- Ability to think strategically and critically in relation to end to end Global Procurement process design.
- Demonstrated knowledge and creation of performance metrics to ensure compliance with processes implemented.
- Experience with deploying processes and systems in a complex global environment.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Ten (10) years of Procurement experience in an Operations setting in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Process improvement & project management experience
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills, including ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and the ability to effectively multi-task without a high degree of supervisory direction
- Strong team collaboration and ability to influence stakeholders to adopt new ways of working.
- Experience with Supplier Risk Management as part of end-to-end Global Procurement process development.
Work location: Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on site, or hybrid)
Travel: May include up to 5% domestic
