This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: A Platform Sales Engineer, Enterprise Digital Advisor (EDA) from Global 2000 and Fortune 1000 sales segment background with in-depth knowledge on the entire RingCentral Ecosystem, this includes RingCentral Contact Center, RingCX, and RingEx. In addition to having a deep understanding and certified knowledge in these products. Experience with other UCaaS solutions, Legacy voice, data networking (TCP/IP, Firewalls, Ports, Cabling), and cybersecurity. The EDA must have a strong background in system integrations, data warehouse, platform as a service, APIs, ISV integrations, and integrations with Salesforce, Workday, Oracle.

Primary responsibilities include direct customer solutioning & development, general partner enablement and training, conducting remote and onsite product demonstrations, co-selling, prospect network readiness, solution development and validation through workshops, Proof of Concepts (POC) for sales opportunities. Must be collaborative and willing to roll up their sleeves with the sales and client teams. Business development, monitoring and supporting SE collaborative teams, managing customer expectations and documents for product roadmap, lab testing, identifying strategic integrations and technology partners, continued education on the platform and underlying technologies, and supporting Service Provider’s related internal and customer facing events.

Job Duties:

  • Align with Account Directors to develop solutions that lead to direct sale conversion with partners or direct PS.

  • Provide in vertical, global remote/onsite support for Customers and Certified Delivery Partners 

  • Partner with Product team stakeholders to develop and prioritize Product roadmap

  • Cultivate relationships with internal and external aligned Partners and resources

  • Partner with the team to evaluate new technical solutions to meet or exceed prospect and customer requirements
