Job Summary: TradeCentric Solutions Architects are responsible for establishing a trusted technical relationship with the client to elicit detailed requirements for their business needs and the technology stack that they have in place. The goal being to create detailed solution designs for the customer to approve for implementation.
Report To: VP of Sales
Pay Range: The base salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, with total potential earnings of up to $150,000. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
Work Location: This role is 100% remote. While we prefer candidates based in the below city/states, we are open to considering candidates from other locations if you feel you meet the role’s qualifications. Essential Functions:
- Work with customers to elicit functional and system (technical) requirements in written and visual format
- Work with the Sales and Professional Services team to define and scope the provided cost estimates for the desired solutions
- Maintain an expert-level working knowledge of the TradeCentric Platform
- Maintain documentation to support knowledge transfer of the types of solutions that TradeCentric offers
- Prepare presentations of identified solutions to the customer’s requirements
- Produce and maintain architecture assets used by Solution Architects to represent solutions (Solution Briefs, Requirements matrix, Options analysis)
- Take information obtained through conversations with customers to feed into the TradeCentric Product Roadmap
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of education, experience, & superior performance
- Has a detailed understanding of B2B e-commerce and e-procurement in many industry verticals
- Have deep analytical skills and ability to see the connections between business operations and technical data flows
- Has a strong programmatic understanding of message formats (including but not limited to cXML, JSON, X12, delimited data files)
- Has a strong programmatic understanding of transmission formats (including but not limited to HTTP REST / SOAP, sFTP, AS2, AS4)
- Able to communicate to clients at varying levels both business and technical
