Job Description:
The Solution Success Sr. Director role is involved in and oversees delivery of our technology services for assigned clients. You will work within the client team structures present and will have direct and indirect reporting relationships with members of the teams. You will be responsible for oversight of the day-to-day activities of their assigned accounts, delivery of those services with the highest quality, understanding client direction and providing proactive thought leadership on the existing technology and potential future expansions of that technology and/or value creation from that technology.
This role is remote-friendly.
Here's the day to day:
Management of scope of services for assigned portfolio of accounts
Actively engage with assigned accounts to understand and propose solutions for goals and challenges
Management of financial management for assigned portfolio of accounts
Management of other departments (direct or indirect)
Partnering with client services to cultivate relationships with key technology partners for portfolio of accounts
Drive client satisfaction and client value perception building on excellence in services delivery
Actively participate in account level planning and business review discussions (internal or external)
Identification, nurturing and closing of opportunities to expand existing relationships through new services
Creatively thinking about the "what's possible" grounded in the current technology
Staying current on industry specific topics to understand the competitive landscape for Data Platforms within that industry and providing subject matter expertise on industry specific data, privacy and compliance where relevant
Skills you will have:
Excellent internal and external communication skills to a broad range of levels from Analyst to C-suite
Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent scope management skills
Knowledge of technology delivery methodologies
Familiarity with modern data warehousing, identity resolution and marketing campaign execution concepts
Familiarity with customer experience technology stack
Microsoft tools (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
Ability to understand and clearly articulate client goals, priorities, and requirements
Financial management skills
Ability to assess and drive efficiency through people, process, and technology
General knowledge of broad marketing agency services
Knowledge of the financial services industry including experience working with credit bureau partners and understanding industry privacy and compliance as related to data management and enabling customer experience use cases
You will report to the Delivery Group Lead ‑ Marketing Technology – SVP.
Qualifications we are looking for:
10+ years of experience in client delivery (technology services preferred)
5+ years of experience in client facing leadership role
5+ years of experience leading technology teams with Business Consultants, Developers, and Quality Assurance
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $235,500.00 - $380,075.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. Our incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
