Your role in our mission

  • Maintain clinically relevant and CMS/state-compliant content and configurations in Gainwell Care Management demonstration environments.
  • Collaborate with clients during implementation and maintenance to optimize workflows and configuration for their business needs.
  • Participate as a subject matter expert in client implementation or project calls as requested by project managers.
  • Provide training and support to clients for optimal application use and delivery of training materials such as user guides, videos, and release updates.
  • Work with the Product Intake team to develop requirements for new application functionality and assist the Product Team Technical Writer with enhancements to user guides.
  • Conduct client optimization sessions, provide professional services, and ensure high client satisfaction with the application and services.
  • Train clients on template version releases (approximately three times per year).
  • Balance multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain open communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Travel on-site to meet with clients as needed.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in case management, disease management, utilization management, or population health management.
  • Solid understanding of the healthcare industry; clinical experience preferred.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply Gainwell Care Management software, including understanding workflows and predicting potential issues.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to write, present, and influence stakeholders effectively in-person or via web/phone meetings.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and business objectives.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

The pay range for this position is $80,600.00 - $115,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
