Your responsibilities include:
- Develop Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on the Cherre platform, mastering its features related to integration, delivery, and client solutions to effectively address diverse client needs.
- Strategic Engagement: Lead and participate in strategic client meetings, facilitating technical discussions with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and expectations.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with senior technical and non-technical client representatives, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Discovery and Scoping: Actively engage in discovery and scoping sessions with potential clients to methodically develop comprehensive statements of work that address their unique challenges.
- Business Requirements Definition: Assist clients in articulating their business requirements, guiding them in prioritizing data efforts and strategies to tackle critical business questions effectively.
- Solution Strategy Development: Formulate and execute tailored strategies that address both business needs and technical requirements, ensuring solutions are practical and impactful.
- End-to-End Solution Design: Design and implement holistic solutions that empower clients to navigate their data challenges and achieve their strategic goals.
- Data Analysis and Workshops: Conduct in-depth data analyses, deliver engaging product demonstrations, and facilitate remote and onsite workshops to enhance client understanding and utilization of the platform.
- RFI/RFP Management: Respond to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP), ensuring that submissions are thorough, persuasive, and aligned with client needs.
- Documentation and Summaries: Create detailed post-engagement summaries and documentation that capture the final solution, providing clients with a clear reference for future engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to drive alignment and ensure seamless client experiences.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience: 5+ years in Real Estate or in client-facing technical or consultative roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry dynamics and client needs.
- Collaborative Spirit: Proven ability to work effectively with sales teams, enhancing client acquisition and retention through strategic collaboration.
- Data and Analytics Expertise: A true data aficionado with well-articulated knowledge of databases, data warehousing, data modeling, and business intelligence (BI) or visualization solutions. Comfortable analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
- Client-Centric Mindset: Extensive experience in enterprise-level client engagements, serving as a subject-matter expert who advises on best practices. Strong organizational skills to manage client expectations and address their requests proactively.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid experience in data querying, data modeling, database architecture, with proficiency in at least one programming language that enhances solution development.
- Problem Solver: Ability to deeply understand the Cherre platform, grasp common business use case requirements, and create compelling proofs of concept while developing innovative technical solutions.
- Strong Communicator: Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts across diverse scenarios, use cases, and industries. Skilled in delivering verbal and written solutions (including strong Powerpoint skills) tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Consultative Approach: Act as a trusted consultant to clients and stakeholders, providing insightful technical advice and solutions that align seamlessly with their business objectives.
- Passion for Real Estate: In-depth knowledge of platforms used by Commercial Real Estate firms is a significant advantage, showcasing a genuine interest in the industry and its technologies.
