Software Quality Assurance Engineer (Manual Testing)

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer (Manual Testing), who will participate in end-to-end software development process from concept to feature implementation. Your key role will be to ensure we are implementing features that meet user needs and expectations.
We will rely on you for the following:
- Understand and analyze product requirements.
- Execute manual functional testing.
- Developing, maintaining detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Interacting daily with team members located around the world.
- Working with a team in an Agile, Continuous Integration process.
- Working with our Development Team helping drive quality from conception to finished product.
- Participation in the creation/maintenance of test automation.
- Identify, report, and analyze found issues using various testing tools.
- Prepare test environment.
- Staying up-to-date with new testing trends.
What You Bring to The Team:
- Degree in computer science, software engineering, or relevant training and/or experience.
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Working experience with scrum and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Independent, Self-motivated, and goal-orientated.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to maximize productivity.
- Self-motivated person with the ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- High proficiency in computer technology.
- knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Good communication skills in English.

Please note if you are employed full-time, the salary ranges from 2000 EUR gross(before taxes-Lithuania) depending on knowledge and experience.
