• Drive engineering and cross-functional projects to create interactive experiences that provide creativity and social play experiences by creating and deploying React AR, Unity, and native Android applications for AR/VR operating systems.
• Leverage performance analysis and profiling tools to improve the key stability and performance indicators of AR/VR experiences.
• Work independently, use available resources to get unblocked, and complete tasks on schedule by exercising strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Coordinate the cross-functional work between engineering, design, 3D art, and product management to create and deploy innovative AR/VR applications.
• Telecommute from anywhere in the US permitted.

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree (or Foreign Degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Software, Computer Engineering, Math, Physics, Applied Sciences, or related field and two years of work experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.
• Requires 2 years of experience in the following:
• 1. Coding in one of the following industry-standard languages: C, C++, C#, Python, Java, or Javascript
• 2. Python, PHP, or Haskell
• 3. Software development tools: Code editors (VIM or Emacs), and revision control systems (Subversion, GIT, or Perforce)
• 4. Linux, UNIX, or other *nix-like OS including file manipulation and simple commands
• 5. Core web technologies: HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
• 6. Building highly-scalable performant solutions
• 7. Distributed systems including sharding, consistency, and availability
• 8. Algorithms.

$162,163/year to $200,200/year + bonus + equity + benefits
