Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the Google Workspace environment, including user accounts, groups, and permissions.
  • Implement security measures and best practices for Google Workspace.
  • Develop Python scripts to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency.
  • Create and manage REST APIs for integrating third-party applications with Google Workspace.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Google Workspace and connected applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions.
  • Provide training and support to users on Google Workspace tools and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Google Workspace and related technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Google Workspace Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming.
  • Experience with RESTful API design and development.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
  • Knowledge of security practices and compliance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Google Workspace certification.
  • Experience with cloud services and platforms.
  • Familiarity with other programming languages or frameworks.
  • Understanding of database management and SQL.

Salary Range

$111,720.00 - $176,400.00 USD (Salary)
  • Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.

Where an applicant or employee is placed on this range will depend and be contingent on objective, documented work-related considerations like education, experience, certifications, licenses, preferred qualifications, among other factors.
