- Develop, design, create, modify, or test software applications or systems for various products or software services.
- Develop strong understanding of relevant product area, codebase, or
systems. - Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis, programming, and software engineering.
- Produce high-quality code with good test coverage using modern abstractions and frameworks.
- May be assigned to a specific group focused on product or infrastructure.
- Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires review of a variety of factors.
- Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Master internal development standards from developing to releasing code to take on tasks and
projects with increasing levels of complexity. - Generate innovative design ideas by conducting product analysis and gaining a deep understanding of the product.
- Iterate on product features
based on experiment results and data analysis, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization. - Effective collaboration with cross-functional roles and partner teams, facilitating efficient
communication to achieve project objectives. - Telecommute from anywhere in the US permitted.
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field and 6 months of work experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Requires 6 months of experience in the following:
- 1. Coding in: C, C++, Java, or C#
- 2. Building large-scale infrastructure applications
- 3. Developing data pipelines using: Python, PHP, or Ruby
- 4. Relational databases and SQL
- 5. Implementing web interfaces using: JavaScript, HTML, or CSS.
