Position Summary:
The NetSuite Product Development team is looking for a collaborative Software Engineer ready to grow into a technical leader. This position will contribute to existing products and systems through new market-facing features and enhancements, while developing skills in technical leadership and mentorship. SPS values collaboration and a passion for learning. You'll work closely with Product & Customer Success stakeholders, actively contribute new ideas, and be responsible for delivering clean code while guiding the team toward technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute meaningfully to technical discussions and eventually lead technical planning sessions
- Collaborate effectively with other teams to ensure seamless integration across systems
- Work with the team to design, develop, test, and debug new and existing software
- Build influence within the team by providing well-reasoned technical perspectives
- Reduce complexity through automation and scaling solutions
- Participate in peer reviews and pair programming, with opportunities to mentor team members
- Handle technically ambiguous problems by breaking them down into clear, actionable solutions
Location:
- Open to Remote Candidates. If local to Minneapolis, may be required to attend occasional onsite meetings.
Required Experience/Skills
- A combination of 5 years post-secondary education and software development experience
- Experience with Agile, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Java, Cloud technologies
- Proven ability to write quality code and tests that are maintainable, accurate, and follow best practices
