Position Summary

Marqeta is seeking a Software Engineer Manager of Automation and Integration who will be responsible for Intelligent Automation and Integrations who has experience working with a dynamic team, designing impactful strategies, and solving complex business problems for large, global organizations. As a Manager, you will provide leadership, vision, processes, and solutions to build and drive the execution of the process automation strategic roadmap. This position plays a critical role in the identification of automation & integration opportunities while matching them to appropriate tools and sustainable approaches to simplify work and improve the effectiveness of the Operations workforce. The Manager of A&I will be responsible for improving operational metrics for scalability and quality by creating more efficient end-end business processes through automation.
