What this Job Entails:
The Software Engineer designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for enhancements and new products. They will also develop software and tools in support of design, infrastructure and technology platforms.
Scope:
Develop AI-driven applications that integrate seamlessly into existing systems
Create custom tools to automate workflows and enhance team collaboration
Architect and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring security, scalability, and performance
Collaborate with data scientists, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Stay ahead of the curve with emerging technologies and best practices
Your Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide administration, development, and application support for end users
Participate in the design, develop, code, test and debug system software
Review code and design software
Participate in configuring and integrating third-party software components and technologies
Engage in performing root cause analysis of network, operating system, and other issues related to how technical solutions operate in customer environments
Address and resolve software bugs and bug reproduction requests; logging of all incidents and requests; engaging other service desk resources or appropriate service resources to resolve incidents that are beyond the scope of their ability or responsibility
Provide limited after hours and on-call support as needed
Engage in review and development of test documentation
Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

Required Qualifications/Skills:
AI Expertise: Proven experience in developing and deploying AI models, including familiarity with machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and data analysis techniques.
Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development practices and experience working in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
Automation and Scripting: Proficiency in scripting and automation tools, with a focus on automating cloud infrastructure and deployment processes.
AWS Infrastructure: Strong expertise in AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, and other related technologies.
CI/CD and DevOps: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Enterprise Platform Integration: Experience with integrating platforms like Databricks, ServiceNow, Workday, and other SaaS applications, ensuring seamless data exchange and process automation.
