What You'll Do
- Play a key role in mapping the expanding needs of the business into innovative technical solutions within a highly scalable and event-driven architecture
- Tackle projects and problems of significantly larger scope
- Coordinate and communicate seamlessly across other technical and product teams
- Possesses a high degree of technical competency to design and develop digital applications using cutting-edge tools and technologies
- Foster operational excellence through comprehensive testing and monitoring of systems and code, and crafting documentation
- Uphold a culture of collaboration, transparency, creativity, inclusion, and data-driven decisions
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in Java programming using Spring Boot framework
- Experience working on our technology stack (Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate, MySQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, Docker, JUnit, Spock, Swagger, Snowflake) and proven track record of releasing enterprise applications into production using this tech stack
- Experience working with AWS, AWS CLI and SDK, deploying applications on ECS (Fargate), RDS, working with S3, SQS, Lambda etc
- Proficiency in agile and lean development practices, test automation, and microservices architecture
- Skilled in troubleshooting production issues, analyzing application logs (using tools like Datadog, CloudWatch), and identifying patterns to prevent bugs and issues

Sidecar Health adopts a market-based approach to compensation, where base pay varies depending on location and is further influenced by job-related skills and experience. The current expected salary range for this position is $140,000 - $150,000.
