We are looking for a Software Developer I to join our Caregiver Experience (CGX) organization. The team is responsible for the application used by all of Spring Health’s caregivers and is foundational to Spring Health. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering innovative and impactful projects for Spring Health Caregivers, making a real difference in the lives of others.
• Working in a fast-paced Agile framework, attending daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retros.
• Learning and growing your career. You’ll learn Ruby on Rails, React, AWS, Datadog, and more.
• Developing and maintaining software. You will write code for large-scale applications, optimize code for performance, use relevant testing frameworks to ensure high quality, leverage security best practices to ensure safe, secure code, and more.
• Identifying, debugging, and remediating production issues with the codebase.
