Compensation: $74,000 - $90,000 / year


Description

Be a part of Everi's FinTech team helping to install and support their products in casinos nationwide! You'll be an integral part of the team helping to ensure new installs and upgrades of Everi products within the casino are completed timely and accurately.  If you have strong systems administration skills, problem solving, and communication, this is the role for you!

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Windows Server Management: Administer, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments to ensure system availability and security.
  • SQL Server Administration: Manage SQL Server databases, including installation, maintenance, and performance tuning.
  • IIS Server Maintenance: Monitor and optimize IIS Server for web application hosting and performance.
  • Scripting and Automation: Develop and implement scripts to automate routine system tasks and streamline operations.
  • System Security: Implement security best practices and protocols to safeguard our infrastructure and data.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams when necessary.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and policies.
  • Application Support: Participate in an on-call rotation to address system issues outside of regular business hours.


Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in systems administration or IT support, with a focus on Windows OS, SQL Server, and IIS Server.
  • Basic understanding of programming and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to have...
  • Experience with programming languages like JavaScript, Typescript, Java, C++, C#, or others.
  • Casino gaming experience.
  • Experience supporting systems like ATMs, Kiosks, or Customer Loyalty Marketing applications.

At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $74,000 - $90,000 annually.
