We’re seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our Security Operations Center (SOC) and Security Incident Response Team (SIRT). In this high-impact role, you’ll manage a dedicated team, driving efficiency and effectiveness in our secure operations. Your strategic vision will be crucial in refining incident response processes, integrating advanced tools, and ensuring our team responds swiftly and effectively to threats. You will:

  • Lead and manage the SOC/SIRT team, providing daily guidance, support, and leadership to direct reports.
  • Optimize incident security processes by developing, implementing and refining procedures to ensure rapid and effective handling of security incidents.
  • Create and execute strategic plans to enhance SOC/SIRT efficiency.
  • Supervise the monitoring and analysis of security alerts and events to ensure timely identification and escalation of potential threats. 
  • Mentor and develop team members through regular training, performance reviews, and career development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the SOC/SIRT team and prepare to present regular reports on incident response performance and operational efficiency.
