Location: Remote (Pacific or Mountain time zone)

Compensation: $20.00-23.50hr

Are you passionate about social media, brand reputation, and digital strategy? Join Lithia & Driveway as a Social Media & Reputation Administrator, where you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our online presence. In this role, you’ll manage administrative processes for social accounts, oversee access to review platforms, troubleshoot issues, and ensure brand consistency across digital channels.

You'll collaborate closely with dealerships, vendors, and internal teams to support social media and reputation initiatives. From facilitating platform access to conducting audits, compiling reports, and enforcing compliance, you'll be an essential part of strengthening our brand’s online credibility.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage Social Media & Reputation Requests – Oversee administrative tasks, facilitate access, troubleshoot issues, and manage profile reclamation for vendors, store personnel, and corporate teams.
  • Support Dealerships & Vendors – Act as the go-to resource for social media and reputation needs, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
  • Audits & Reporting – Conduct regular audits, analyze trends, compile reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Access & Compliance – Manage onboarding/offboarding of vendors, oversee platform access, enforce social media policies, and resolve account disputes.
  • Collaboration & Training – Work with internal teams to support social media initiatives, develop best practices, and provide training resources.
  • Platform & Project Management – Utilize Meta Business Suite and internal tools to track, execute, and optimize social media tasks.
  • Other Tasks as Assigned – Support various initiatives within the Online Reputation & Brand team to enhance Lithia & Driveway’s digital presence.

  • Critical thinking to troubleshoot access issues and improve processes.
  • Time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Comfortable working with various teams and external agencies.
  • 0-1 years’ experience in social media; automotive experience is a plus but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Passion for social media trends and digital marketing.
  • Ability to write and think creatively.
