To support that challenge, the Syngenta team is currently seeking a Social Media Marketing Intern for Seeds North America to provide support to the Talent Acquisition team. This is a full-time, summer 2025 position that can be remote or based at our sites in North America.

Job Description

You will: 

• Create graphics and videos for print and digital use adhering to brand guidelines
  • Flyers for events
  • Social Media graphics and videos
  • Digital ads
• Create and drive recruitment content strategy and calendar that supports all communication platforms and is tailored to meet the needs of the talent acquisition team
• Live by, and contribute to, functional best practices working collaboratively with the branding and communications teams
• Gain a better understanding of the agriculture industry, the company as a whole, and the talent acquisition department through job shadowing

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Currently enrolled in a bachelors program in marketing, graphic design, digital design, fine arts or other related major or focus
• Samples of graphic design work or a portfolio required
• Excellent communication skills -The ability to communicate information well (both written and spoken)

Desired Skills

• Curious - Not afraid to ask bold questions and have an eagerness to learn
• Familiarity with Canva and the ability to create new designs for graphics
