Social Media Manager (Remote)

Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to oversee and execute our social media strategy across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience managing various social media channels and a proven track record of driving engagement and growth. Experience with podcast and YouTube channel management is a huge plus.
Salary: $2,000 - $3,000 (Commensurate with experience and skills)
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting across all platforms.
• Post approximately 5 times per day on each channel, totaling 50+ posts daily across all platforms.
• Oversee and manage content across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize social media strategy.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to develop high-quality content.

Qualifications

• English fluency at C1 or C2 level
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing multiple social media platforms.
• Proficient in all platforms including Meta, X, TikTok, Linkedin, and Instagram
• Proven experience in managing a high volume of daily posts.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies.
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices to enhance content visibility.
• Experience managing podcasts and YouTube channels is a major plus.
• Familiarity with basic photo and video editing tools can be an asset.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
