Position Summary/Job Duties:

Looking for a motivated and creative student to join a dynamic realtor as a Social Media Manager. This role will provide an exciting opportunity to develop and execute a social media strategy while working closely with a new realtor to grow their brand, increase visibility, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, including images, videos, graphics, and captions.
  • Social Media Strategy: Assist in creating a social media strategy to grow brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
  • Posting and Scheduling: Manage the posting schedule across all platforms to ensure regular and timely content publication.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with the realtor's brand, voice, and message, maintaining consistency across all platforms.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track social media performance, provide insights on growth and engagement, and adjust strategies accordingly to improve results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the realtor to brainstorm new ideas, campaigns, and creative solutions to promote the real estate brand.

Qualifications:

Social Media Expertise:

  • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their features (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube). 

Content Creation:

  • Strong writing, editing, and visual design skills to create engaging content. 
  • Basic photography, videography, and graphic design skills (can use tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.).
  • A creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content and engagement.
  • Excelletn attention to detail. 

Analytical Skills:

  • Ability to interpret data and use insights to optimize social media campaigns. 

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication to interact with clients and potential customers.

Other

 

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Previous experience in social media management or marketing is a plus (but not required).
