Description

We are looking for a creative and motivated individual with a passion for content creation and storytelling. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Content Development:
    • Create high-quality, original content across various digital platforms, including blog posts, social media, websites, email marketing, and more.
    • Develop engaging, informative, and entertaining content that aligns with the company's brand voice and values.
  • Content Strategy:
    • Develop content strategies that align with the company's marketing goals and target audience.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually refine and improve our content strategies.
  • Writing and Editing:
    • Write and edit content that is free from grammatical errors, is well-structured, and maintains a consistent tone and style.
    • Proofread and edit content to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Content Optimization:
    • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve the search engine visibility of our content
    • Ensure content is well-structured and mobile-friendly for improved user experience.
  • Visual Content:
    • Create and curate visual content, including images, infographics, and videos, to enhance the impact of written content. 
    • Produce visually appealing content through graphic design and video editing.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Manage and schedule content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
    • Engage with the online community, responding to comments, questions, and feedback.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track the performance of content using analytics tools and report on key metrics.
    • Use data insights to make data-driven decisions and refine content strategies.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a content creator, copywriter, or similar role.
  • Experience with producing content and editing videos for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, in order to relate them to specific industries.
  • Graphic design skills which include experience in the use of Photoshop and/or Canva.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Proactive and a self-starter. Someone with experience in taking initiative with minimal to no supervision. 
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools is a plus.
