Whether itâs developing our own products, producing engaging social content en-masse, or designing and delivering services to help our clients work more efficiently, our work is varied, exciting and at the very forefront of the latest technology and trends.

RESPONSIBILITIES
What can you expect? Â
- Reviewing and scheduling content across a variety of social networks and YouTube channelsÂ
- Coordinating with Storm Ideasâ content production, copywriting and captioning teamsÂ
- Coordinating with client contacts to ensure social media posts meet expectationsÂ
- Optimising content for social media with effective thumbnails and copyâŻÂ
- Analysing social performance, gathering data, and generating reports and recommendationsÂ
- Researching clients' shows/movies, performing competitor analysis, and carrying out regular account auditsâŻÂ
- Conducting regular research on social media platform updates and brainstorming social content and digital activation strategies based on the latest trends and featuresÂ
- Assisting with the setup and documentation of internal processes for new projectsÂ

FlexibilityÂ
Weâre a remote-first company and support 100% remote working, usually you will be finishing your day at 6pm PT time and you will have 3 stand-ups a week with the team of the project you are working on. Â

PAYMENTÂ
20,000 - 25,000 USD per year, depending on experience and skills.Â
CONTRACT TYPEÂ
Permanent / Full time contractors contract. Fully remote working from anywhere within the PT time zone!
RECRUITMENT PROCESSÂ
First, you will receive questions to answer via a self-recorded video.
If successful, we will invite you to an interview (60 minutes via MS Teams). During the meeting, Megan, our Senior Manager of Social Operations, and Caspar, our Head of Social Operations, will get to know you and try to understand if youâd be a good fit for the role, and at the same time answer all your questions. Â
Finally, there will be a short task to test your attention to detail and communication skills.
