The opportunity

  • Social Media Coordination: Monitor and process all incoming social media requests to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to brand guidelines.

  • Templated Graphics Requests: Manage and fulfill templated graphics requests to maintain consistent visual branding.

  • Social Post Execution: Coordinate the scheduling, loading, and live tagging of posts on platforms like LinkedIn, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You’ll need a flexible approach to working hours in order to check and confirm posts have been published.

  • Social Assets Management: Assist in collecting and organizing social media assets, including images, videos, and other resources, for campaigns and posts. Create and own the organization and storage of the social media team’s assets into a database. 

  • Social Media Led Campaigns: Assist the team in collating materials for social media led campaigns and aid in campaign writing and contributions as required and where necessary.

  • Employee Social Amplification: Support overall employee advocacy efforts by leading the Social Advocacy program. Work closely with our Comms team, broader Go-to-Market team and People team to suggest and provide engaging content and assets for amplification via both our Social Media Advocacy platform and organically via Corporate LinkedIn.

  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.

  • Familiarity with social media management tools like Oktopost (or similar).

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The annual base salary range for this position is $66,560 - $90,000. Actual salary will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience.

In addition to the benefits set forth above, the compensation package for this role also includes an annual discretionary bonus.
