What will you do?

As our Social Media & Content Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of building Midnite’s online presence, crafting captivating content, and turning impressions into engagement. Working within the Growth Team, you’ll have the chance to make a tangible impact across platforms like X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This is your opportunity to shape the voice of Midnite, connect with audiences globally, and help drive our growth strategy forward.

From creating scroll-stopping social media posts to crafting immersive video content, you’ll be a key player in creating buzz around Midnite, managing our B2B presence, and collaborating with other brands to amplify our reach. 

Responsibilities

  • Own our presence across X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, turning each platform into a hub of activity and engagement.
  • Foster meaningful connections with players and create a vibrant, two-way interaction channel.
  • Spearhead and manage Midnite’s professional presence on LinkedIn to elevate our industry reputation.
  • Develop a compelling video strategy that captivates audiences, drives engagement, and immerses them in the Midnite experience.
  • Craft content that doesn’t just inform – but also ranks! Leverage SEO to enhance our visibility and drive traffic to fuel FTDs and betting activity.
  • Partner with complementary brands to introduce new audiences to the Midnite magic.
  • Deliver impressive results and sky-high impressions without blowing the budget.

Essential Experience

  • Must be based in the UK.
  • Proven track record of managing social media platforms and driving growth through engaging content.
  • Experience with video content creation and strategy, from ideation to execution.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn as a B2B tool and an understanding of professional networking.
  • Strong grasp of content marketing and SEO principles, with experience in driving organic traffic.
  • Creativity, wit, and the ability to adapt tone and style to match brand identity.

  • Have a passion for sports betting, iGaming or football - or are eager to immerse yourself in the industry.
  • Love analytics and use data to inform your creative decisions.
  • Know how to collaborate with influencers and brands for mutual growth.
