Role reports to: NA Community Engagement and Business Solution Leader

Location: Kenvue is currently in the process of moving it's Global Headquarters from Skillman, NJ to Summit, NJ. This role is based in Summit, NJ but there may be a period of time during the transition that you must report to Skillman. (Open to Remote)

Travel : 5-10%

Pay: $60,000.00 to $96,600.00

What you will do 

The Social Media Community & Engagement Associate will support the Neutrogena® U.S. brand and responsible for

Social Media
  • Lead strategic oversight and credentials of social media platforms accounts to align with global governance and Sprinklr integration for compliant consumer engagement monitoring and moderation of paid and owned reach activations. 
  • Lead the strategic connectivity with the Consumer Care Center and the Neutrogena Brand Equity and Social Media Specialists to ensure positive community engagement experiences through consistent projection of brand image, voice, and persona across all consumer-facing channels
  • Ensure front-line Social Media Specialists are mentored and trained to ensure brand image, voice, and persona are projected effectively and consistently. 
Consumer Experience Advocacy and Consumer Care Center (CCC), ALTA
  • Maintain strong connectivity to business, establishing solid understanding of brand priorities and audience reach plans including new product introductions (discontinuations), media, promotions, sampling/rating & review programs as well as changes to claims, packaging, and labeling.
