Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Advertising Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Social Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and possesses a deep understanding of how to leverage paid media to drive business objectives such as brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest to achieve business goals.
- Content Creation Collaboration: Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure that ads are aligned with brand messaging and optimized for engagement and conversions.
- Audience Targeting: Research and define target audiences to maximize ad performance through demographic, behavioral, and interest-based segmentation
- Budget Management: Allocate and monitor advertising budgets across multiple platforms to optimize ROI, adjusting spend as necessary to meet campaign objectives.
- Data Driven Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other platform-specific tools to monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and generate detailed reports.
- A/B Testing: Perform A/B tests on ad copy, visuals, and targeting to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media advertising to continuously improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Client Collaboration (if applicable): Communicate with clients or internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2-4 years of experience in paid social media advertising, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and others.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Excellent understanding of audience targeting, ad formats, bidding strategies, and budgeting.
- Familiarity with tracking and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and HubSpot (or similar tools).
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and multichannel campaign management.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Healthcare and Home Services Social lead generation campaigns.
- Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certification.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and organic social media strategies.
- Proficiency in creative design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Campaign scaling - growing clients through data driven optimizations
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, Meta Event Pixel, LinkedIn Insights Tag, and other analytics and conversion tracking methods.
