Description

 We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our HR team. In this role, you will support various HR functions and assist in the day-to-day operations of the department. Your responsibilities will include handling administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for supporting employee welfare and HR processes. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organizing files.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Recruitment Assistance: Aid in recruitment by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding of new hires and assist with the offboarding of departing employees.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, including documentation and audits.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Payroll Support: Support payroll processing by collecting timesheets, verifying hours, and addressing payroll queries.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, provide guidance on HR policies, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of HR activities, including attendance, leave requests, and training.
  • HR Projects: Support HR projects and initiatives such as employee engagement programs and policy updates.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Under this arrangement, the employee is provided with an annual opt out payment.
