Salary: $150,000-$190,000

As the SME Software Developer, you are essential to transforming innovative ideas into functional, reliable, and user-friendly technology.

As the SME (Subject Matter Expert) Software Developer, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your technical expertise by designing algorithms and flowcharts to develop new software programs and systems. Using your creativity, analytical skills and love for finding ingenious solutions to challenges you will recommend and implement improvements to enhance existing software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with management, departments, and customers to gather and analyze end-user requirements and specifications.
• Test and deploy software programs and applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing software to ensure reliability and functionality.
• Monitor user feedback and assess software performance.
• Create technical documentation to support future software development and updates.

Minimum Required to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or related discipline
• At least 12 years of demonstrated experience in software development
• Prior government contracting experience
• Active TS/SCI clearance
