Site Reliability Engineer

As a “Site Reliability Engineer ”, you will play a crucial role in the development of solutions for our Enterprise platform. You will be developing applications that provide self-service and increased efficiency to a diverse group of internal customers across Cloud Operations, Engineering, Customer Success & Support, and Customer Value Management. When you are successful you will significantly accelerate the ability of our teams to better serve our customers. • Automation to increase reliability, availability, and performance
• Ensuring the services and infrastructures are reliable, fault-tolerant, efficiently scalable and cost-effective.
• Managing Cloud infrastructure as well as provide support for customer environments
• Coordinate incident, problem and change management
• Debug and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues, tools used to provide services
• Leverage observability and monitoring to make informed decisions
• Participate in an on-call routine and comfortable working in 24x7 environment

• 2-3 years of experience in Cloud Operations Support / SRE
• A critical thinker, resourceful, problem-solver who has a passion for applying technology to make human life better
• Experience with Cloud/SaaS architecture using AWS/Azure Platform a must
• Experience with Observability and Monitoring (New Relic, Grafana, Dynatrace, etc)
• Experience with Log Parsing tools (Splunk, Elastic Search, etc)
• Programming languages Ruby, Python, or any object-oriented programming language or scripting skills
• Experience in problem-solving and analyzing global scale distributed systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The estimated pay range for this role is as follows:
•Based in Bay Area, California: $119,000 - $140,000•Based in Colorado: $99,875 - $117,500•Based in New Jersey: $113,475 - $133,500•Based in New York: $113,475 - $133,500•Based in Washington: $99,875 - $117,500
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
