About the role:

We’re looking for a web designer excited to blend aesthetics with functionality for our digital spaces. You’ll have the chance to work on landing pages for our over 600,000 monthly active users— developers who are just as passionate about creating engaging, intuitive user experiences as you are. What you'll do:

• Design and develop visually appealing, user-centric websites that align with Vercel's brand identity.
• Optimize landing pages to drive engagement and conversions as well as designing our event landing pages.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive web style guide to ensure consistent design across all online platforms.
• Collaborate with product designers, UX designers, and engineers to ensure cohesive end-to-end user experiences.
• Design web graphics, icons, and user interfaces that enhance usability and engagement.
• Develop responsive designs that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
• Execute and iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and tools to keep our web presence cutting-edge.
• Manage web design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

About you:

• You have 4+ years in web design, with solid knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles
• You have a well-curated portfolio showcasing web design projects and your ability to create compelling digital experiences.
• Demonstrable knowledge of user behavior, funnels, marketing channels, and mobile to fuel appropriate creative design.
