Our Impact:
The Single-Family Acquisitions Team is responsible for managing compliance and operational risk for the division.
Your Impact:
In this role, you contribute to mortgage fraud investigations by providing support to the investigation team. Responsibilities include:
Support the investigation team by ordering verifications including asset and employment documentation
Prepare and process correspondence related to investigations
Responsible for creating and maintaining process documentation and other relevant records as needed.
Order documentation from counterparties
Employ research methods utilizing public records databases, social media platforms, credit reporting agencies, and other reporting services.
Conduct limited research and analysis
Perform monitoring of various watchlists
Assist with project work as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
0 - 2 years of experience in mortgage loan processing or underwriting or a related role within the housing industry
Experience working with Excel
Experience with Tableau a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate information in a clear, concise, and logical manner.
Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $48,000 - $72,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
