JOB SUMMARY: The Servicing Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational and regulatory processes for residential, consumer, and small commercial loans, including designing and implementing systems and processes, developing and documenting risks, controls, and procedures, and executing the department's responsibilities for quality control and audit requests related to the Company’s portfolios.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee third-party servicing relationships and perform testing for their regulatory compliance 
  • Design and implement processes and controls 
  • Ensure internal compliance with regulatory requirements 
  • Develop and maintain servicing procedure documentation 
  • Perform and oversee quality control reporting and issue resolution 
  • Track and oversee completion of internal and external audit requests 
  • Manage pipeline of servicing-related technology requests and determine priorities 
  • Maintain working relationship with lending team partners 
  • Perform other duties as assigned 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university, preferably majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics required; Or equivalent job and industry experience required  
  • 5-6 years of experience in residential lending with a regulatory focus required  
  • Experience of leading and managing teams is highly desirable 
  • Ability to manage concurrent assignments in an effective, efficient, and organized manner 
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment 
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and strong interpersonal/client servicing skills 
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and proven decision-making skills 
The pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience. $90,000 (entry level qualifications) to $100,000 (highly experienced).
