Summary of Position

We're a dynamic digital marketing team seeking a ServiceTitan Product Specialist to join our fun, fast-paced team. 

 

We need an organized, task-driven individual with a strong understanding of ServiceTitan, DNI implementation, and reporting.  The ideal candidate is self-motivated, positive, and possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills. They should excel at quick problem-solving and be solution-oriented. 

Position Responsibilities 

  • Ability to set up and maintain client’s ServiceTitan software 
  • Create and maintain relevant documentation 
  • Assist end-users with ServiceTitan configuration and issues 
  • Lead integration projects between ServiceTitan and our other reporting solutions and other software (eg CallRail) 
  • Manage DNI configuration on websites and landing pages to ensure attribution is accurate 
  • Ensure efficient data migration and swift adoption 
  • Integrate with GA/GTM and troubleshoot conflicting CTN scripts, etc 
  • Review and maintain data accuracy in ServiceTitan and legacy systems 
  • Contribute to reliable insights for decision-making 
  • Track website visits, ensuring the DNI pools have the correct available numbers 
  • Build relationships with ServiceTitan specialists and internal stakeholders 
  • Foster collaboration for improved implementation outcomes 
  • Track KPIs related to integration, adoption, and data integrity 
  • Provide insights to optimize software performance 
  • Work with internal teams to establish consistent ServiceTitan configurations 
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Previous experience with ServiceTitan and CallRail 
  • Expertise in the ServiceTitan ecosystem (ServiceTitan Certified Administrator preferred) 
  • Understanding of DNI and call tracking and reporting 
  • Adaptability and quick grasp of new concepts  
  • Effective multitasking and priority management skills  
  • Exceptional attention to detail  
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision  
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines  
  • Strong organizational skills  

 

Preferred Skills 

 

  • Experience with communicating with the ServiceTitan customer service and helpdesk 
  • ServiceTitan Certified Administrator Certification 
  • Familiarity with WordPress 
  • Sales experience or understanding of B2B/B2C marketing sales 
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads, GA4, and GTM knowledge

The total compensation for this opportunity includes a base salary range of $85,000 - $100,000, a potential for quarterly bonuses contingent on company performance, plus medical, dental, vision, and employee assistance benefits. This is our target compensation range and is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience, and location. As you go through our interview process, your recruiter will work with you to identify a competitive base salary within the proposed range.
