POSITION SUMMARY

​​The Services Account Manager, Global OEM Partners, leads the sales efforts for Services associated with our Liquid Cooling and Power equipment sold into the OEM Server Manufacturer customer set. This will include working with OEM Sales team, Business Development Managers and Offering to drive sales growth in this rapidly developing market and establish Vertiv as the market leader in turnkey services solution. This role will supplement the ongoing activities with our key customers in this Segment and focus on all Services (Power & Thermal) available on our products included in the customers’ market offering.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop sales strategies that align with customer requirements and Vertiv’s capabilities.
  • Work with Sales Management to establish annual sales expectations and exceed those expectations.
  • Timely and diligent efforts in Service Sales Pipeline so that company has visibility to requirements.
  • Work with Offering and Marketing to develop customer facing material outlining our capabilities and benefits.
  • Develop proposals and present to customers and close on opportunities.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 to 7 years technical sales experience. Liquid Cooling experience is a plus. 
  • BS/BA degree in Engineering, Business Management, Business Administration or equivalent. 
  • HVAC, Mechanical contractor and/or mechanical application engineering experience a plus. 
  • Sales Closer.
  • Working knowledge of Data Center & Communication Industries preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Vertiv products and services. 
  • Strong organizational skills, detailed oriented, and able to manage and prioritize leads.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and capable of resolving contract and product issues.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

The anticipated salary range for this role in the State of Washington locality is between $80,000-$100,000per year salary ranges for other geographic localities may vary. The sales role is a 60/40 split so in addition to salary is 40% Sales Incentive, SIP.  Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are role based. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. The role is eligible to participate in a comprehensive and competitive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, disability, PTO (Flex Plan)  holiday pay (9 days), and 401k. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided during the hiring process.

The anticipated salary range for this role in CO locality is between $80,000-$100,000 per year salary ranges for other geographic localities may vary. The sales role is a 60/40 split so in addition to salary is 40% Sales Incentive, SIP.  Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are role based. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. The role is eligible to participate in a comprehensive and competitive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, disability, PTO, holiday pay, and 401k. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided during the hiring process. The estimated deadline to submit an application for this role is November 19, 2024, the company may need to extend the deadline based off the needs of the business and open role.
