As a ServiceNow Procurement Process Owner, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of procurement processes within the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with stakeholders from procurement, finance, and IT departments to streamline procurement workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enhance user experience. Your role will involve defining requirements, configuring the ServiceNow platform, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations. This position plays a key role in managing and maximizing the value of the ServiceNow Procurement product and capabilities. This individual is responsible for understanding the CVS procurement teams’ business requirements, defining product features, and prioritizing the procurement product backlog to ensure proper support to meets organizational goals and objectives.
