Overview
LMI is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to support our customers’ configuration and development objectives. This is a fully remote position. A successful ServiceNow Developer will demonstrate competency in ServiceNow and understand the full implementation cycle of ServiceNow while upholding the highest standard of ethical behavior.

Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into ServiceNow Performance Analytics solutions and actionable insights.
- Configure time series analysis, thresholds, and forecasting in Performance Analytics.
- Optimize system performance and ensuring PA solutions are scalable and efficient.
- Configure security and access control related to Performance Analytics dashboards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA), including configuring indicators, breakdowns, widgets, and dashboards.
- Experience in designing and implementing data collection jobs, formula indicators, and automated trend analysis.
- Experience creating and optimizing Performance Analytics scorecards to track KPIs and business objectives.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow reporting, data visualization, and analytics leveraging the Performance Analytics module
- Knowledge of ServiceNow data structures and how PA integrates with other modules (e.g., GRC, ITSM, CSM, HRSD).
- Experience in Scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, or Business Rules) to enhance PA functionality.
The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to location, internal equity, business considerations, client contract requirements, and candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, skills, and security clearances.
The salary range for this position is- $95,000-$160,000
