Trissential is hiring a ServiceNow Developer to join our client’s collaborative Agile team. This is more than just a coding gig—you’ll help shape how ServiceNow supports business processes across the organization. Your Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and configure across multiple modules in the ServiceNow platform• Collaborate with process and operations teams to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions• Design and implement automation workflows within the platform• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, grooming, and daily standups• Update and manage development tasks within Jira• Troubleshoot, test, and refine features to ensure reliability and usability• Engage with stakeholders to gather and confirm requirements

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• Strong ServiceNow development experience across various modules• Hands-on automation development within ServiceNow• Basic scripting knowledge (Java preferred, PowerShell helpful)• Familiarity with HTML and how systems interact in broader IT infrastructure• Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the drive to take initiative

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with PowerShell scripting• An understanding of infrastructure (hardware, services, databases)• Previous experience working cross-functionally in Agile teams

Education & Certifications You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field• ServiceNow certifications are a plus
