Position Summary* Hybrid or potential for Fully Remote*
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) Engineer to join our team. The ATF Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts to validate ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, proficiency in ServiceNow development, and expertise in implementing and optimizing automated test suites using the ServiceNow ATF.

Primary duties and responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) to validate ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define test requirements, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.

- Configure and execute automated test suites within the ServiceNow platform, analyzing test results, and identifying defects and areas for improvement.

- Integrate automated tests into continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to enable automated regression testing and ensure the stability of ServiceNow deployments.

- Develop and maintain reusable test libraries, test data sets, and test environments to support efficient and scalable test automation efforts.

- Provide guidance and support to development teams on best practices for writing testable code, implementing test automation frameworks, and integrating automated testing into the software development lifecycle.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during automated testing, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication of test results.

- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and ServiceNow platform updates related to automated testing, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
