The Service Tools Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing distribution of tooling required for field service as per Global standard procedures.

This position reports to the Services Inventory Manager and is part of the Hardware Solutions team working remotely to cover United States and Canada regions.

What you will do:

  • ​Set up & lead periodic cycle counts with field-based personnel on inventory of calibrated tools.
  • ​Document and comply to Quality events per Global procedures.
  • ​Build foundational management processes and analytics to report on calibrated tools as per guidelines. 
  • Provide training, establish process, expectations and deploy into Service operations to establish rigor around tooling.

Who you are:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • At least 2 years of experience working in customer service environment
  • At least 1 year of inventory management experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel etc

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Comfortable working in different systems (SFDC, ServiceMax and Oracle experience)
  • Good time management and ability to prioritize work based on business needs
