In this role, you are the gatekeeper to our quoting processes and will drive efficiency and standardization throughout the Service Sales organization, enabling operational capacity: our field teams will gain more face time with our external customers through your support.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Actively partner with our Service Sales team to support all quoting activities working towards achieving a 90% utilization rate of our operational quoting support.

  • Prepare Diagnostic Imaging (DI) and Biomedical service quotes that accurately align with communicated project scope, including new service quotations, service quotation addendums, revise existing service quotes, and support various Install Base (IB) service quoting opportunities, such as Warranty Conversions or Contract Renewals.

  • Build strong relationships with our Service Sales team, ensuring the majority, if not all, service quoting activities are funneled through our Service Sales Quote Team to enable consistency, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

  • Process all quoting activities within agreed upon Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) in order to support commercial objectives.

  • Drive continuous improvement on all related processes to ensure standardization and simplification; assist with Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tool and/or process enhancements and documentation.

  • Support testing of new quoting functionality in Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tool(s), providing feedback to identify issues before going live in production.

  • Drive organizational growth by improving overall customer satisfaction.

  • Contribute to a healthy, collaborative team culture by leveraging individual strengths and embracing our differences.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • College degree OR High School diploma / GED and 2+ years of experience in customer service.

  • Proficiency in computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office Suite; experienced user of Microsoft Excel.  

  • Demonstrated experience working under pressure against tight deadlines and commitments, with accuracy.

  • Demonstrated experience providing superior customer service.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • High attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities at once.

Desired Characteristics

  • Knowledge and experience working with DI products, services and teams GE systems knowledge.
