Job Description SummaryRole Summary: GE Healthcare USCAN expanding the Service organization to assist with asset lifecycle customer data, action planning, and execution. The Service Lifecycle Specialist initiates IB Lifecycle engagements across the commercial team mid-contract cycle of priority accounts, and acts as subject matter expert on Options & Upgrades growth channels.

This role creates cross-function internal alignment on actions and objectives aimed at building strategic agreements inclusive of contract renewal, upgrades, new equipment, POS, and Refresh solutions. The Service Lifecycle Specialist is a champion of inclusive commercial culture, owning action plan creation designed to address customer-validated challenges, goals, and priorities across Imaging and Service teams. This role drives accountability through clearly defining action, owner, and timing milestones to progress these growth opportunities.

This role directly supports the Northeast Region commercial teams and may include customer facing support as needed.

Job DescriptionPrimary Responsibilities
  • Own the proactive identification and targeting of upcoming service contract renewals eligible for IB Lifecycle franchise engagements, including GE IB analysis, asset upgrade options, and assessing current state of ongoing opportunities.

  • Initiate GEHC account team coordination, data review, and action planning through standard work 24 months ahead of MSA expirations for agreed-upon targets. Establish cadence and accountability reviews.

  • Facilitate GEHC account team unity on upgrade and replacement strategies built to align to customer-stated priorities.

  • Lead fleet management strategies into mid-cycle MSAs while partnering with Imaging Lifecycle Specialists.

  • Generate Why Now, Why Stay, Fleet Health, SEP, and Option Inventory reports as needed for customer discussion.

  • Travel onsite as requested by commercial team to support upgrade, Refresh, HFS Refresh, and IB lifecycle discussions.

  • Bring deep upgrade subject matter expertise in collaboration with the MTAS, HDL, Care Alliance, and Technology Assessment teams when opportunities align.

  • Work directly with the operations, product, risk, imaging, and finance teams to develop compelling offerings IB Lifecycle target customers.

  • Act as field-facing subject matter expert for O&U target upgrades, Refresh, and HFS Refresh including value proposition and commercial execution.

  • Direct engagement with commercial service teams for C, D, and E customer segments to grow funnel, build commercial acumen, and support next-level clinical discussion on O&U target upgrades.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales. Must live within or relocate to the covered geography.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $91,600.00-$137,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
