Be a part of the Humana Service Fund organization, enabling the success of our provider community with world class services only Service Fund can provide. You will collaborate with market contractors and finance leaders and other customers to understand their business objectives. The Value-Based Programs Professional 2 supports successful value-based provider relationships in the Service Fund Department with a focus on improving the provider experience and achieving path-to-value goals.

The Service Fund Value-Based Programs Professional 2 supports our Market and Provider partners through ensuring Provider payments and settlements are complete, accurate, and timely. Payments and settlements may be performed on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and be reviewed with the Market partners to ensure understanding and accuracy.

Focuses on value-based strategies related to the administration of value-based contracts
Supports the markets in all value-based contract administration strategies and supports implementation of those strategies through regular engagement and analytical support
Calculates contract settlements based upon contractual stipulations and reconciliation of payments
