Department Overview

This team of Service Business Analysts is responsible for managing and improving the tools currently used for forecasting/reconciliation/analyzing life cycle services business as well as leveraging tools used for forecasting/tracking/analyzing SI and related teams business to manage historical, current and future Service business. Responsible for networking, participating in all relevant one on one, inter team and cross functional teams to identify, help develop and maintain consistency in support. Continue to design data intelligence reporting to support teams, territory leads and management/finance to allow dynamic and proactive business decision making related to structure, changes, and needs to continue to maintain and grow customer base, services sold, and profitability. Work with other support and field teams to ensure revenue and cost functions are being reconciled accurately.

We consistently design and implement value added reporting to provide new levels and views of knowledge based information that will enhance teams and management as well as ensure operational excellence growth to all processes utilized. We continue to drive innovation and efficiencies and find ways to better utilize resources including cross training and automation.


Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all communication for the Business Service Forecasting team such as daily communication to all lines of the business via email and via phone

  • Financial inputting, interpreting, reconciling all financial workbooks for various territories.

  • Overseeing processes managing growth between 75M-150M annually.

  • Supports business and operation functions related to accurate service revenue reconciliation including historical, current and future revenue opportunities.

  • Partners with field territories supporting multiple teams, facilitating audit outputs from other teams related to business revenue accuracy. 

  • Investigates disparities, looking for process errors as well as systemic problems associated with system and IT issues.  

  • Responsible for analysis of financial reports, trends, risks and opportunities and communicates that information associated with forecasting and performance to plan to Territory Leaders, RSM’s CSM’s, SM’s. 

  • Develop strategies improving operational efficiencies, including, but not limited to backup support, by reviewing work flows, procedures, and performance. 

  • Builds and maintains positive, effective, and mutually beneficial-working alliances with internal customers and partners. Initiates problem solving action and follows through to resolution. 

  • Schedule weekly team meetings, and business reviews regularly. 

  • Handle escalated business matters and provide solutions

  • Communicate with subcontractors, FSO teams, etc. monitoring all progress of business to completion. 

  • Distribute the watch list and updated information to the service team to communicate with external customers.

Qualifications:

  • Great communication skills

  • Ability to multitask

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Salesfore experience

  • Strong business skills

  • Forecasting experience

  • 3 plus years of experience working as a Business Analyst, Forecasting Analyst, Planning Analyst, or Operations Specialist

  • Creating reports

  • Managing projects

  • Presenting and facilitating meetings with upper management

Target Base Salary Range: $72,700 - $145,400 USD

Basic Requirements

Required Skills:

  • High School diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Finance, or Management

  • 3+ years of experience working in the following areas: Business, Forecasting, Operations, Planning, or Service required.

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
