Work Arrangement: Fully remote, overlapping US time zone working hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: Up to $1,700 per month, dependent on skills and experience

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with core hours between 9 AM – 2 PM PST

About the Company:

Our client is a leading provider of plumbing services in the Pacific Northwest, dedicated to delivering top-notch residential and commercial solutions with a commitment to exceptional customer service, skilled craftsmanship, and integrity.

Role Overview:

As an SEO Specialist, you’ll spearhead the development and execution of innovative digital marketing strategies to drive online/SEO growth. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional eager to create impactful campaigns, manage multi-channel initiatives, and collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve business objectives.

Your Impact:

Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing the company’s online presence, optimizing campaign performance, and driving lead generation and conversion, positioning our client as a leader in the plumbing services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO and Local Search Optimization:

  • Optimize Google Local Search and Maps listings for increased local visibility.
  • Build and manage backlinks, starting with directory listings.
  • Conduct ongoing SEO optimization to improve site ranking and organic traffic.
  • Monitor and adjust SEO strategies based on performance and industry trends.

2. Digital Campaign Management:

  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Search Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
  • Set up Facebook Ads, test performance, and adjust budgets based on results.
  • Analyze campaign data to continuously improve ROI and lead quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for effective execution.

3. Content and Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop plumbing/HVAC-specific content, including 3-4 blog posts per month.
  • Cross-post content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Manage social media profiles to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for content creation and marketing support.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing or SEO within the plumbing or HVAC industry.
  • Expertise in SEO, Google Local Search/maps, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, HubSpot, and design tools (Canva/Adobe Creative Suite).

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience working with remote teams.
  • Additional language proficiency.
